21st Century Paris / In black and white
I’ve always admired the works of Peter Lindbergh, Ansel Adams and Elliott Erwitt. I would get lost in their work hours and for long as I have pursued photography I’ve wanted to create my own black and white series. This dream has lingered for so many years but with my recent trip to Paris, I knew this would be it. So here it is, my series of 21 Century Paris in black and white - not just a series of photographs but a dream blended into reality.
“Paris was a universe whole and entire unto herself, hollowed and fashioned by history; so she seemed in this age of Napoleon III with her towering buildings, her massive cathedrals, her grand boulevards and ancient winding medieval streets--as vast and indestructible as nature itself."
