FAQ
Can we meet before booking?
Yes, and I'd encourage it. There's a link on the contact page to book a thirty-minute call, where we can talk through your day and make sure we're a good fit before you commit. It's relaxed, it's quick, and it might be the easiest decision you make in the whole planning process.
Do you travel for weddings outside South Africa?
Yes. I'm based in the Western Cape but I shoot wherever the day takes me. Travel costs are charged at cost, nothing added on top. If you have a destination in mind, get in touch and we'll work out the details.
How far in advance should we book?
For Saturdays in spring and summer, twelve to eighteen months ahead is sensible. Popular dates go quickly, and I only take a small number of weddings each year. If you have a date in mind, it's worth reaching out sooner rather than waiting to see if it's still available.
Do you offer engagement shoots?
Yes, and they're worth doing. It gives us a chance to work together before the wedding, which means you'll feel more relaxed on the day and I'll already know how you move, how you laugh, what works.
Do you offer videography?
Photography is what I do, and I prefer to give it my full attention rather than spread across both. That said, I've worked alongside some very good videographers over the years and I'm happy to point you in the right direction if you need one.
